I personally am I very big fan of raw vegetables. I actually prefer them over cooked veggies and have them on the side of many of my lunches and dinners!
But this creamy veggie dip gets me to eat and enjoy even more fresh veggies than I usually do. Which is no easy feat! This dip is so addictively delicious that I just keep dipping and dipping.
And I promise it will have the same effect on any veggie haters you know!
Greek yogurt and cream cheese dip is healthy, high protein, and perfect for a low-carb diet. Not to mention creamy, garlicky, incredibly seasoned, and just all around delicious.
This 5 minute, 5 ingredient recipe is the perfect easy appetizer to serve at game day and any celebration. It will balance out all the more indulgent party appetizer recipes like baked cream cheese salsa dip.
This dip is also a great meal prep option to have on hand throughout the week!
Greek Yogurt Veggie Dip Ingredients
This delicious greek yogurt dip is made with only 5 simple ingredients!
It is the perfect quick snack to have on have on hand and a great way to get more raw veggies into your diet.
Ingredient Notes
- Greek Yogurt: Creamy greek yogurt is the base of this quick dip! You’ll need 1 cup non-fat greek yogurt. You could do 1/2 greek yogurt, 1/2 sour cream as well.
- Cream Cheese: Cream cheese is also added here. It adds a delicious cheesy taste which really elevates this easy veggie dip.
- Minced Garlic: Add 1/2 tbsp of minced garlic to this recipe. You can use fresh garlic, but I use the minced garlic from the jar for ease and simplicity here. You could also alternatively use garlic powder!
- Chicken Broth: 1/2 cup chicken broth thins out this healthy dip and also adds extra flavor!
- Salt: Lastly, add 1/4 tsp salt. It rounds out the recipe fabulously!

How To Make This Recipe
This greek yogurt veggie dip is an incredibly easy recipe to make! All it takes is 5 minutes and you have a perfect meal prep healthy snack on hand for the whole week.
It will have you eating way more fresh vegetables than ever before!
Step By Step Instructions
Step 1: Add the greek yogurt, cream cheese, minced garlic, chicken broth, and salt to a medium bowl.
Step 2: Use an immersion blender to blend and combine all the ingredients. I think a hand mixer could work as well!
Alternatively, you can add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor to combine.
Step 4: Place the dip in the refrigerator to chill and allow the flavors to develop for 10-15 minutes.
Step 5: Transfer to a serving dish. Top with fresh herbs and seasonings.
Step 6: Serve with fresh-cut veggies and enjoy!
Expert Tips
Garnish with fresh herbs – like fresh dill, basil or parsley! Green onions are a great option too. It adds great taste, but perhaps more importantly it spruces up the appearance.
Season to taste! I think this easy dip is delicious as is, but feel free to add more flavor. Perhaps with extra garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, oregano, dill, or black pepper.
Pop in the fridge for 10-15 minutes before serving. This will help all the flavors develop beautifully!
Make leftover dip into a salad dressing! Add extra liquid – water, chicken broth, or even milk – to thin it out into a pourable consistency,
