Made with plain greek yogurt, whipped cream cheese, chicken broth, and garlic – this quick 5 ingredient dip is easy to make, high protein, low carb, and delicious. It is truly the perfect dip to get you to eat more vegetables!

- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Add the greek yogurt, cream cheese, minced garlic, chicken broth, and salt to a medium bowl.
- Use an immersion blender to to blend and combine all the ingredients.
- Alternatively, you can add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor to combine.
- Place the dip in the refrigerator to chill and allow the flavors to develop for 10-15 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving dish. Top with fresh herbs and seasonings.
- Serve with fresh veggies and enjoy!
