Greek Yogurt & Cream Cheese Veggie Dip (High Protein!)

Greek Yogurt & Cream Cheese Veggie Dip is a great healthy appetizer or meal prep snack recipe! Made with plain greek yogurt, whipped cream cheese, chicken broth, and garlic – this quick 5 ingredient dip is easy to make, high protein, low carb, and delicious. It is truly the perfect dip to get you to eat more vegetables!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Add the greek yogurt, cream cheese, minced garlic, chicken broth, and salt to a medium bowl.
  2. Use an immersion blender to to blend and combine all the ingredients.
  3. Alternatively, you can add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor to combine.
  4. Place the dip in the refrigerator to chill and allow the flavors to develop for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish.  Top with fresh herbs and seasonings.
  6. Serve with fresh veggies and enjoy!
