Caramel Apple Bread
This is one of my tried and true favorite recipes. I also think it is the recipe of mine that I have made the most times! This is mainly because it is so dang delicious, but also because I have never been able to get photos that do it justice. But I think those photos are finally here!! This Caramel Apple Bread is perfectly fluffy and moist, made with healthy ingredients, and is full of that warm cinnamon apple flavor that just screams fall. I am extremely ready for fall and the delicious flavors that accompany it so I am kicking it off right with this one!
Plus the freaking cherry, or should I say caramel drizzle, on top of this apple bread is that it can be made into one large loaf, mini loaves, or (I haven’t tested yet but I am 90% positive it would work) muffins! Either way you will fall in love with this recipe, just as I have. Fall in love, get it?

What you need for this Caramel Apple Bread!
This Caramel Apple Bread recipe is honestly so easy and made with such simple and wholesome ingredients. And there’s only 10 of those simple and wholesome ingredients! This bread is also gluten free, dairy free, and refined sugar free.
- Oats: This recipe uses whole oats that you blend into an oat flour! It is super simple, all you do is throw oats in a blender and blend until a fine flour forms.
- Apples: You can use any apples you like in this recipe, but I highly recommend honey crisp. So tasty!
- Coconut Sugar: You guys know about my love for coconut sugar. I love that it is a refined sugar free sweetener, but reminds me of that classic brown sugar taste.
- Maple Syrup: My other favorite refined sugar free sweetener! A touch of pure maple syrup is used for the homemade caramel sauce that goes on top of this bread.
- Tahini: If you don’t know what tahini is, it is ground sesame seeds. You can find it in most grocery stores either by the nut butter section or international foods section. I think the flavor works absolutely wonderfully in this bread!
- Almond Milk: You can use any milk you would like in this recipe, but I always use unsweetened vanilla almond milk.
- Eggs: Eggs for binding and some moisture!
- Lastly we’ve got Vanilla Extract & Cinnamon for lots of flavor and Baking Powder for a little rise.

How to make this Caramel Apple Bread!
- Set the oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine the eggs, almond milk, coconut sugar, tahini, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add in the oat flour, apple, cinnamon, and baking powder.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan (or muffin tin/mini loaf tin).
- Bake for 45-50 minutes for a large loaf. (15 minutes for mini loaves, and probably a similar time for muffins)
- While the loaves cool start making the caramel sauce. Simply combine the tahini, almond milk, coconut sugar, and maple syrup on the stove. Slowly heat until the mixture bubbles and starts to thicken.
- Let the bread cool completely before removing from the pan or simply keep in the pan and cute slices. (I have made the mistake of trying to remove too early, and it has fallen apart!)
- Drizzle the loaves with the caramel sauce.
- Enjoy!

I really liked the use of fresh apple in this but I remember it being a little dry and hard to slice. I also burnt the caramel so that didn’t help LOL

Absolutely loved this last fall and can’t wait to make it again this year!
