Buffalo Chicken Meatballs
I think we all know that buffalo wings are sort of the quintessential appetizer and game day food. But I think we all also know that they are not the easiest thing to enjoy! I’m talking messy hands, messy faces … the whole thing. That’s why if you are a wing fan you have got to try Buffalo Chicken Meatballs. It’s an easier and cleaner option that is just as flavorful, snack-able, and delicious!
Buffalo Chicken Meatballs are made with ground chicken, Panko breadcrumbs, Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Sauce, and tons of tasty herbs & seasonings! These chicken meatballs are no where near boring … i’m talking perfectly spicy, creamy, and juicy. Serve them with fresh veggie sticks for a little crunch and blue cheese or ranch dressing for delicious dipping!

Ingredients needed for these appetizer meatballs…
These appetizer meatballs call for only a few simple ingredients, less than 10 to be exact!
- Ground Chicken: You of course need ground chicken for chicken meatballs! This recipe calls for 1 lb.
- Buffalo Sauce: Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo sauce is my buffalo sauce of choice and it is used in multiple ways throughout this easy appetizer. Add 1/4 cup into the meatball mixture and use 1/2 cup for the sauce!
- Panko Breadcrumbs: If I am ever using breadcrumbs it is always Panko! They are just the best – so flavorful & crispy too. This recipe needs 1/2 cup.
- Butter: Salted utter is used in the sauce for this buffalo chicken meatball recipe! It adds a rich flavor and a creamy texture. Add 1/2 cup!
- Seasonings & Spices: These meatballs are bursting with flavor thanks to garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper. You will need 1 tsp, 1 tsp, 1/2 tsp, 1/2 tsp, and 1/8 tsp respectively.
I also highly recommend serving these buffalo chicken meatballs with fresh and crunchy veggies – like carrot and celery sticks! You will also need a blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping. These are of course optional, but the dish is not quite complete without the classic buffalo wing pairings!
