Apple Pie Overnight Oats
I think my two favorite things right now are oatmeal (I mean always oatmeal) and all things related to fall. These Apple Pie Overnight Oats are absolutely delicious and combine the two perfectly! They’ve got that perfect cozy cinnamon apple flavor, but you don’t need to do any baking or cooking to get it. It’s literally amazing! You guys also know that I am a baked oatmeal lover through and through, but these overnight ones might just be taking me to the other side. They are so so easy to make and mean you have breakfast ready for the whole week! Plus they are an extremely healthy and satisfying option!!!
What you need for these Apple Pie Overnight Oats!
Super simple and super delicious is how I like it. These overnight oats are literally that, only requiring a few wholesome ingredients!
- Apple: You simply cannot have Apple Pie Overnight Oats without some apple! I have been working through the apples I got while apple picking so I used a variety of kinds in these oats.
- Oats: I use old fashioned, but I think any kind would probably work!
- Greek Yogurt: Greek yogurt makes overnight oats so so creamy and I absolutely love to add it in. It also gives a nice protein boost!
- Almond Milk: I always use unsweetened vanilla almond milk, but use whatever milk you enjoy!
- Chia Seeds: Chia seeds are used here to thicken things up and create the perfect texture. They also have so many health benefits!
- Honey: I used honey in this recipe for some refined sugar free sweetness. You could also swap for pure maple syrup if you would like!
- Cinnamon: It is not apple pie without cinnamon! I love love love the apple cinnamon flavor combo, so I loaded up on the cinnamon in these oats.
