Apple Pie Overnight Oats

Apple Pie Overnight Oats are the ultimate make ahead breakfast.  These oats are made with all wholesome ingredients like greek yogurt, almond milk, and chia seeds and come together in under 15 minutes!  Bursting with that warm cinnamon flavor but requiring no cooking at all, this easy and healthy recipe is going to be your new favorite.  gluten free

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped apple
  • 1 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 1/41 1/2 tsp cinnamon (depending on how you like it!)

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the apples.
  2. Add the apples to a large mixing bowl. Add in the greek yogurt, almond milk, and honey. Combine evenly.
  3. Next mix in the oats, chia seeds, and cinnamon.
  4. Place in the fridge overnight or at least for a few hours.
  5. In the morning top with peanut butter, more chopped apples, an extra drizzle of honey & sprinkle of cinnamon for the best breakfast.
  6. Enjoy!
