5 Ingredient Protein Bites
Coming at you guys with the literal easiest recipe ever! These 5 Ingredient Protein Bites come together in under ten minutes, and like clearly stated in the name, require only five ingredients. That is just so important I had to say it twice! I made these at the beginning of the week last week and they were absolutely perfect for me to grab for a little snack, as a pre-workout, or even as an after meal sweet. I also love these as a way to replace pre made bars! These bites are a way way way less expensive alternative that taste just as good, if not better.
What you need to make these 5 Ingredient Protein Bites!
- oats
- nut butter of choice
- protein powder of choice
- honey
- almond milk
Not only are these protein bites made with only five ingredients, but those five ingredients are so simple and accessible. I love these because they are made with ingredients that I know I always have in my kitchen and actually usually eat on the daily. I also love this recipe because it is super customizable! You can use any nut butter you want and any protein powder you want for endless flavor combos. If you are in the need of protein powder here are some brands that I have tried and reccommend: Orgain, Nutiva, Garden of Life, and Ancient Nutrition. These specific bites are made with peanut butter and salted caramel bone broth protein from Ancient Nutrition. The flavor combination is absolutely incredible and I could not recommend the salted caramel protein enough! I mean … little salted caramel peanut butter bites that are also made with wholesome ingredients and loaded with protein … how could you go wrong?
How to make these 5 Ingredient Protein Bites!
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. The mixture should be slightly sticky.
- If you are having trouble getting the ingredients together, add more almond milk.
- Roll into balls and store in the fridge.
- Enjoy!

Description
These 5 Ingredient Protein Bites are so easy and so simple to make! They are made with only five super accessible ingredients and are the perfect afternoon pick-me-up, pre-workout snack, or even post meal sweet treat.
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 2 scoops (54 g) protein powder of choice (I used Ancient Nutrition Salted Caramel in these!)
- 1/3 cup nut butter of choice (I used peanut butter in these!)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp almond milk
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. The mixture should be slightly sticky.
- If you are having trouble getting the ingredients together, add more almond milk.
- Roll into balls and store in the fridge.
- Enjoy!
Notes
- The protein powder I used is 27 g per scoop, so just keep in mind how big your protein powder scoop is!
