Description

These 5 Ingredient Protein Bites are so easy and so simple to make!  They are made with only five super accessible ingredients and are the perfect afternoon pick-me-up, pre-workout snack, or even post meal sweet treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 scoops (54 g) protein powder of choice (I used Ancient Nutrition Salted Caramel in these!)
  • 1/3 cup nut butter of choice (I used peanut butter in these!)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp almond milk

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. The mixture should be slightly sticky.
  2. If you are having trouble getting the ingredients together, add more almond milk.
  3. Roll into balls and store in the fridge.
  4. Enjoy!

Notes

  • The protein powder I used is 27 g per scoop, so just keep in mind how big your protein powder scoop is!
