In a large mixing bowl mash your ripe bananas. Add in the melted butter, coconut sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.  Combine until smooth.

Then add the all purpose flour, baking powder, and salt and combine evenly. Stir in the chocolate chips.

Transfer to a greased or parchment paper lined loaf tin.  Top with extra chocolate chips and a sprinkle of salt. Bake.  Then let cool, cut into slices, and enjoy!
