Open a can of pumpkin puree and scoop it out.

Then in a large mixing bowl add the pumpkin, pure maple syrup, coconut sugar, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.  Combine until smooth.

Next add in your dry ingredients – oats, flour, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, and salt.  Combine evenly. Stir in the chocolate chips.
