Garlic Parmesan Smashed Potatoes

Smashed Potato Ingredients

Baby Potatoes Fresh Garlic Olive Oil

Parmesan Cheese Salt & Pepper Fresh Parsley


First fill a large pot with water. Heavily salt the water and bring to a boil.  Add the baby potatoes.  Boil for 20 minutes or until fork tender.  Drain and thoroughly dry the potatoes. Add the boiled potatoes to a large mixing bowl.

Add the olive oil, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, chopped fresh parsley, salt, and black pepper.  Combine thoroughly until the potatoes are thoroughly coated in the seasoning.

Season potatoes...



Transfer the seasoned potatoes to a large baking sheet.  Smash each potato gently with the bottom of a glass jar or potato smasher. Add any remaining garlic or parmesan cheese left in the mixing bowl to the top of the potatoes.

Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Remove the smashed potatoes from the oven.  Season with extra salt, black pepper, and fresh parsley.
