Cashew Butter



Pure Maple Syrup

Vanilla Extract

Almond Flour

Chocolate Chips

Refined Coconut Oil



In a large mixing bowl combine the cashew butter, pure maple syrup, vanilla extract until smooth.

Next add in the dry ingredients – almond flour and salt.  Combine evenly. Stir in the chocolate chips. Roll the cookie dough into small, about 2 tsp sized, balls.

Transfer to a parchment paper lined baking sheet or large plate and place in the fridge to chill. Then work on the chocolate coating.  Add the chocolate chips and coconut oil to a double boiler on the stove over low heat.

Chill bites & melt chocolate...



Remove the cookie dough balls from the fridge and coat in the melted chocolate.  Top with flakey salt, chill again, & enjoy!
