Pure Maple Syrup
First set the oven and cut the brioche loaf into half inch cubes. Place in a large baking dish.
Next combine the liquid ingredients - eggs, almond milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt.
Pour the liquid mixture over the cubed bread. Mix thoroughly. Top with extra cinnamon and bake.
Make the cream cheese frosting by combining butter, cream cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add on top of the french toast bake.
