Add the unsalted butter and minced garlic to a large skillet or pan on the stove over medium heat.  Sauté for 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.

Next add in the fresh oregano and fresh parsley.  Sauté again for another 1-2 minutes.

Add in the panko breadcrumbs, salt, and black pepper.  Combine.  Sauté the breadcrumb mixture for 2-3 minutes, until thoroughly warmed and slightly toasted.  Remove from the heat and set aside.

Then add the shrimp to a large greased baking dish.  Arrange in a single layer as best as possible.

Evenly spread the breadcrumb mixture on top of the shrimp.  Sprinkle the parmesan cheese and drizzle the olive oil on top of the breadcrumbs.  Cut the lemon half into slices and place the slices on top as well.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the shrimp is just cooked through. Broil on high for 1-2 minutes.  Serve with an extra squeeze of fresh lemon juice.  Enjoy!
