- 1/2 cup vegan butter
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 1 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp dairy free chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp almond milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Start by adding the vegan butter and coconut sugar to a large mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until combined.
- Next add in the almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Beat again.
- Add in the oat flour and beat until combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Place in the fridge to chill for at least 20 minutes.
