Ingredients

- 1 tbsp refined coconut oil, melted
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp applesauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 3 tbsp whole wheat pastry flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp marshmallows
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips
- salt
Instructions
- Set the oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine the coconut oil, almond butter, applesauce, pure maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Add in the whole wheat pastry flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Combine evenly.
- Transfer to a greased small baking dish. I use a mini pie dish but any small oven safe bowl should work. Top with the chocolate chips and marshmallows.
- Bake for 13 minutes.
