- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 tbsp applesauce
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup raspberries
Instructions
- Set the oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine almond butter, eggs, coconut oil, coconut sugar, applesauce, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Next add in the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir in the half the chocolate chips and raspberries.
- Pour the batter into a greased or parchment paper lined 8×8 pan.
- Top with the remaining chocolate chips and raspberries.
- Bake for 18 minutes.
- Let cool, cut into squares, and enjoy!
- Store in the refrigerator or freezer.
