These Raspberry Chocolate Chip Blondies are the perfect Valentine’s Day sweet!  These perfectly sweet & moist blondies are made with good-for-you ingredients, so you won’t even feel like you’re indulging.  gluten, grain, dairy, and refined sugar free.


  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp applesauce
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup raspberries


  1. Set the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine almond butter, eggs, coconut oil, coconut sugar, applesauce, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Next add in the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Stir in the half the chocolate chips and raspberries.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased or parchment paper lined 8×8 pan.
  6. Top with the remaining chocolate chips and raspberries.
  7. Bake for 18 minutes.
  8. Let cool, cut into squares, and enjoy!
  9. Store in the refrigerator or freezer.
