Peanut Butter Kitchen Sink Cookies are the ultimate dessert recipe!  These cookies have a peanut butter base and are fully loaded with chocolate, butterscotch, pretzels, and potato chips. They’re deliciously chewy, easy to make, and on the healthy side too.  Simply the perfect sweet & salty treat!

  1. Set the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine the peanut butter, coconut sugar, applesauce, egg, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add in the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.  Combine evenly.
  4. Next stir in the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, potato chips, and pretzels.
  5. Place the cookie dough in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to chill.
  6. Remove the dough from the fridge and grease or line a baking sheet.
  7. Roll about tablespoon sized scoops of the cookie dough into balls and place on the baking sheet.  Flatten each ball into a cookie shape with your fingers.  This dough should make 10-12 cookies depending on how big they are!
  8. Bake for 10 minutes.
  9. Remove from the oven, let cool, and enjoy!
