  1. In a large mixing bowl combine the yogurt, almond milk, light brown sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.  I recommend using a whisk!
  2. Next add in the oats and a sprinkle of salt.  Combine evenly.
  3. Place in an airtight container in the fridge overnight or at least for a few hours.
  4. When serving, add some toppings (fruit, nuts, nut butter, etc.) and enjoy!
