Description

Honey Sriracha Brussel Sprouts are a quick, easy, and scrumptious side dish recipe! Made with fresh brussels sprouts, honey, sriracha hot sauce, and garlic and onion powder – this 6 ingredient recipe is sweet, spicy, saucy, and sticky. It is great for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and every family dinner in between!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 32 oz Brussels sprouts, trimmed & halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Add the halved brussel sprouts to a large pan on the stove over medium heat.  Add about 1/2 cup of water.  Cover the pan and allow the sprouts to steam for about 5 minutes or until the water is evaporated.
  2. Next add the olive oil to the brussel sprouts.  Season with salt and pepper.  Combine and bring to a high heat.
  3. Try to arrange the sprouts in a single layer on the pan with the cut side facing down.  Then let sit for a few minutes to develop a nice crisp and char.  Stir and let sit again.  Repeat this until you get your desired crispiness and char.
  4. Then turn the heat lower and add the sriracha, honey, garlic powder, and onion powder.  Combine thoroughly.  Let the sauce simmer and thicken a bit to your liking.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
