Ingredients
Scale
- 32 oz Brussels sprouts, trimmed & halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Add the halved brussel sprouts to a large pan on the stove over medium heat. Add about 1/2 cup of water. Cover the pan and allow the sprouts to steam for about 5 minutes or until the water is evaporated.
- Next add the olive oil to the brussel sprouts. Season with salt and pepper. Combine and bring to a high heat.
- Try to arrange the sprouts in a single layer on the pan with the cut side facing down. Then let sit for a few minutes to develop a nice crisp and char. Stir and let sit again. Repeat this until you get your desired crispiness and char.
- Then turn the heat lower and add the sriracha, honey, garlic powder, and onion powder. Combine thoroughly. Let the sauce simmer and thicken a bit to your liking.
- Serve and enjoy!
