- 1 cup mashed banana
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup melted refined coconut oil
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Set the oven to 350 degrees.
- Next mash about 3 bananas and measure out 1 cup.
- Add the mashed banana to a large mixing bowl with the almond butter, melted coconut oil, coconut sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Then add in the dry ingredients – almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Combine evenly.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Next transfer the batter to a greased or parchment paper lined loaf tin.
- Bake for 50 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, let cool, and cut into slices.
