Ham and Cheese Egg Cups

Ham and Cheese Egg Cups are an easy, delicious, and healthy make ahead breakfast recipe! They’re perfect for a satisfying, savory on-the-go breakfast!




  1. First set the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Next add the ham slices to a lightly greased muffin tin.  Divide the mozzarella cheese among the 12 cups and sprinkle on top of the ham.  Then add the eggs on top of the cheese.  Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake for 15-18 minutes.
  4. Top with green onions and enjoy!
