- 2 lbs baby potatoes, chopped into quarters
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Set the oven to 400 degrees.
- Add the chopped potatoes, olive oil, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to a large bowl
- Combine thoroughly.
- Next spray a sheet pan with cooking spray. Add the potatoes to the pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 40 minutes. You can also broil on high at the end for a couple of minutes (watching very closely) to get extra crispy!
- Serve with extra parmesan cheese and fresh parsley on top. Enjoy!
