Spicy Mayo Tuna Mixture
- 2 5 oz can of tuna
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2–3 tsp sriracha
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Rice Bowl
- 1 bag Success Boil-in-Bag Jasmine Rice, or 1 heaping cup of cooked rice
- Cucumber, chopped
- Edamame
- Seaweed sheets
- Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Prepare the Success Boil-in-Bag Jasmine Rice according to the package directions. Set aside.
- Add the drained canned tuna to a small mixing bowl. Smash up with a fork.
- Add the mayo, sesame oil, soy sauce, and sriracha to the tuna. Mix until well combined.
- Assemble the spicy tuna bowls. Start with a base of cooked Success Boil-in-Bag Jasmine Rice in each serving bowl. Add the tuna mixture on top of the rice. Add your desired toppings as well – edamame, cucumber, seaweed nori sheets, sesame seeds, etc. Check out the full post for more topping ideas.
