Description
Dark Chocolate Berry Bark is an easy and healthy dessert recipe! Made with only 4 ingredients – dark chocolate, white chocolate, fresh berries, and coconut oil – this no bake treat is sweet, tart, rich, and delicious. It will satisfy your sweet tooth craving, without the sugar crash!

- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp white chocolate chips
- 1 cup mixed berries, (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 tbsp + 1/2 tsp refined coconut oil
Instructions
- First melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil (1 tbsp) in a double boiler over low heat or in the microwave until smooth. For the microwave, heat in 15 second intervals stirring between each one.
- Add the melted chocolate to a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Spread thinly and evenly into a rectangle.
- Next sprinkle the fresh berries evenly on top of the dark chocolate. I like to chop / break up some of the berries.
- Then add the white chocolate chips and coconut oil (1/2 tsp) to a microwave-safe bowl. Place in the microwave and heat in 10 second intervals, stirring between each one, until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the bark.
- Next place the dark chocolate bark in the refrigerator to set for at least 1 hour, or until the chocolate is completely hardened.
- Once the chocolate sets and hardens completely, break the bark into smaller pieces. You can do this with your hands or a sharp knife.
- Store the pieces in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
