Dark Chocolate Berry Bark

Dark Chocolate Berry Bark is an easy and healthy dessert recipe! Made with only 4 ingredients – dark chocolate, white chocolate, fresh berries, and coconut oil – this no bake treat is sweet, tart, rich, and delicious. It will satisfy your sweet tooth craving, without the sugar crash!

  1. First melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil (1 tbsp) in a double boiler over low heat or in the microwave until smooth.  For the microwave, heat in 15 second intervals stirring between each one.
  2. Add the melted chocolate to a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.  Spread thinly and evenly into a rectangle.
  3. Next sprinkle the fresh berries evenly on top of the dark chocolate.  I like to chop / break up some of the berries.
  4. Then add the white chocolate chips and coconut oil (1/2 tsp) to a microwave-safe bowl.  Place in the microwave and heat in 10 second intervals, stirring between each one, until smooth.
  5. Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the bark.
  6. Next place the dark chocolate bark in the refrigerator to set for at least 1 hour, or until the chocolate is completely hardened.
  7. Once the chocolate sets and hardens completely, break the bark into smaller pieces.  You can do this with your hands or a sharp knife.
  8. Store the pieces in an airtight container in the refrigerator.  Enjoy!
