- 2 1/2 cups chicken, chopped (rotisserie chicken)
- 1 cup grapes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup celery, chopped
- 2 tbsp walnuts
- 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp light mayo
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- salt & pepper
Instructions
- To a large mixing bowl add the chicken, grapes, red onion, celery, walnuts, and mayo. Mix until combined.
- Add the garlic powder and salt & pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients together until combined.
- Place in the fridge until ready to serve.
