Chocolate Chip Baked Oatmeal is made with old fashioned oats, vanilla protein powder, & lots of chocolate chips. It’s freezer friendly, will keep you satisfied all morning, and works great as meal prep. Top this easy oatmeal recipe with peanut butter & banana for a healthy breakfast that truly tastes like dessert!

- 2 cups oats
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Set the oven to 400 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl combine the applesauce, pure maple syrup, almond milk, & vanilla extract.
- Next add in the dry ingredients – old fashioned oats, protein powder, baking powder, & salt. Combine evenly.
- Then stir in the chocolate chips.
- Transfer the oatmeal mixture to a large greased baking dish. Spread evenly & top with more chocolate chips.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
- Let cool, cut into squares, & enjoy!
