Buffalo Chicken Flatbread is the perfect easy dinner or fun appetizer recipe! Made with naan bread, shredded rotisserie chicken, spicy buffalo sauce, mozzarella cheese, and ranch dressing … these delicious flatbreads are cheesy, crispy, and flavorful. The whole family will love this 30 minute dish!

- 2 naan flatbreads
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or chopped (I recommend using rotisserie chicken!)
- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp thinly sliced red onion
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp ranch dressing
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Set the oven to 400 degrees.
- Add the cooked chicken and buffalo sauce (1/4 cup) to a medium bowl. Combine.
- Next add the naan breads to a baking sheet. Spray or brush with olive oil.
- Add the buffalo chicken mixture to the two flatbreads, splitting it equally among both. Spread the chicken out evenly.
- Add the shredded mozzarella cheese, red onion, and garlic powder to the flatbreads. Drizzle the remaining 2 tbsp buffalo sauce on top. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven. Then add the ranch dressing and green onions on top.
- Cut each flat bread into four pieces. Serve and enjoy!
