Description

Protein Popsicles are a quick, easy, healthy, and delicious no-bake sweet treat recipe! Made with greek yogurt, mixed fresh berries, and vanilla protein powder … this high protein recipe is creamy, fruity, and refreshing. At 60 calories and 7 grams of protein per popsicle, they’re the perfect afternoon snack, nighttime dessert, or even breakfast treat!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder, about 39g

Instructions

  1. Add the greek yogurt, almond milk, honey, and vanilla protein powder to a food processor or blender.  Blend until smooth.
  2. Next add the mixed berries to the yogurt mixture. Blitz or pulse the blender until the berries are combined into the mixture, but not completely blended in.  This will take only 1 – 2 seconds, slightly more if you are not using a high speed blender.
  3. Pour the popsicle mixture into a popsicle mold. Cover the mold and add a popsicle stick to each one.  Freeze overnight. I was able to make around 8 popsicles, but this will depend on the mold you use.
  4. Remove the popsicles from the freezer the next day. Carefully remove the protein pops from the mold. See the Expert Tips section for all my tips on this.
  5. Serve and enjoy! Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
