Ingredients

  • 1 block cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • Green onions

Instructions

  1. Set the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Start by combining the cream cheese and the sour cream in a pan over low heat.  You could also soften and melt in the microwave in short intervals.
  3. Next add the melted cream cheese mixture to the bottom of a small serving dish and spread evenly.  
  4. Add the salsa on top of the cream cheese base.  Spread evenly again.
  5. Top the salsa with the shredded cheese.  
  6. Bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven. Let cool and set slightly.  Then top with chopped green onions.
  8. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
