- 1 block cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
- Green onions
Instructions
- Set the oven to 400 degrees.
- Start by combining the cream cheese and the sour cream in a pan over low heat. You could also soften and melt in the microwave in short intervals.
- Next add the melted cream cheese mixture to the bottom of a small serving dish and spread evenly.
- Add the salsa on top of the cream cheese base. Spread evenly again.
- Top the salsa with the shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven. Let cool and set slightly. Then top with chopped green onions.
- Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
