Air Fryer Peaches with Cinnamon (Healthy Summer Dessert Recipe)

This mouthwatering recipe for Air Fryer Peaches is made with just four simple ingredients (fresh peaches, cinnamon, brown sugar, and coconut oil) and a mere five minutes of active prep time.  This quick and easy sweet treat is naturally gluten free and vegan too!


  • 2 peaches
  • 1 tbsp refined coconut oil, at room temperature
  • 1 tbsp light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Toppings: Whipped cream, honey, granola, etc.


  1. First, carefully cut each peach in half and remove the pit.
  2. Then add the coconut oil, light brown sugar, and cinnamon to a small bowl. Combine thoroughly.
  3. Fill each peach half with the cinnamon sugar mixture. Spread evenly.
  4. Next preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees. Once preheated, place the filled peach halves skin side down and cut side up into the air fryer basket.  Air fry for 8-10 minutes.
