Instructions

  1. Start by combining the peanut butter add pure maple syrup. Add oat flour until the mixture has reaches a rollable consistency, about 1/4 cup. You can alternatively use regular flour, you will just have to treat it to make it safe to eat.
  2. Roll small chunks of the peanut butter mixture into balls.  Flatten between two pretzels and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Once all the pretzel sandwiches have been made, melt your white chocolate.  Use a double boiler or microwave in 15 second increments (mixing after each) to melt.
  4. Dip each pretzel sandwich in the white chocolate and add the sprinkles.  Only dip a few pretzels at a time so the chocolate doesn’t harden up before you can add the sprinkles!
  5. Let set and enjoy!
