Ingredients
Scale
Donuts
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
White Chocolate Frosting
- 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp almond milk
- festive sprinkles
Instructions
- Set oven to 375 degrees.
- Combine oat flour, almond flour, and coconut sugar.
- Add in remaining ingredients and combine until a smooth batter forms.
- Grease a donut pan and fill each donut about 3/4 of the way.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Let cool and flip out of donut pan. I actually kept them all face down, because the bottom will get golden brown and look more like a traditional donut.
- While the donuts are cooling, you can begin melting the white chocolate for the frosting. Combine the white chocolate chips and almond milk in a double boiler and melt until smooth. If the chocolate is too liquidy, you can add more chips and if it is too thick, add more almond milk.
- Pour the chocolate into a bowl that allows easy dipping. Dip the donuts into the white chocolate. I dipped the bottom side.
- Sprinkle with sprinkles.
- Enjoy!
Notes
If you don’t like white chocolate, you can simply use regular chocolate in the frosting!
