Mince the fresh garlic and finely chop the fresh herbs. I use a mix thyme, rosemary, and parsley.

Add the brie chunks to a food processor. Blend on high for a few minutes. Then turn the food processor to low and blend until the brie becomes a soft, smooth, and creamy consistency. Set aside.

I like to serve the whipped brie with toasted baguette slices. Slice the loaf and drizzle with olive oil and salt. Bake at 450 degrees F for 5-7 minutes.

Add the butter to a small pan on the stove over low heat. Once melted, add the fresh herbs and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until soft and fragrant.  Remove the mixture from the heat once the garlic starts to brown a bit.
