S’mores Overnight Oats are an easy, delicious, and fun breakfast recipe! Made with old fashioned oats, greek yogurt, almond milk, marshmallow cream, chocolate chips, and graham crackers … this thick, creamy, and sweet treat breakfast tastes just like dessert and will transport you right to a summertime campfire. It is slightly decadent, but still nutritious – with protein, whole grains, and fiber.

Add the wet ingredients to small mixing bowl – plain greek yogurt, almond milk, and marshmallow cream.  Whisk to combine thoroughly

Then add the dry ingredients – old fashioned oats, chia seeds, crumbled graham crackers, and mini chocolate chips.  Combine.

Transfer the oatmeal mixture to an airtight container. Place in the refrigerator to soak overnight or at least for a few hours.
