Dark Chocolate Berry Bark is an easy and healthy dessert recipe! Made with only 4 ingredients – dark chocolate, white chocolate, fresh berries, and coconut oil – this no bake treat is sweet, tart, rich, and delicious. It will satisfy your sweet tooth craving, without the sugar crash!

First melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil (1 tbsp) in a double boiler over low heat or in the microwave until smooth.

Add the melted chocolate to a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.  Spread thinly and evenly into a rectangle.

 Next sprinkle the fresh berries evenly on top of the dark chocolate. Then add the white chocolate chips and coconut oil to a microwave-safe bowl.  Melt. Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the bark.  Add coconut if you'd like.

Next place the dark chocolate bark in the refrigerator to set for at least 1 hour, or until the chocolate is hardened. Then break the bark into smaller pieces.
