Easy Chicken Salad Recipe is made with chopped rotisserie chicken, sweet grapes, and crunchy celery & walnuts. This classic recipe is low carb, creamy, and flavorful. Add to a sandwich, wrap, or salad for a simple & healthy work or school lunch!

Start by dicing the red onion and celery into small pieces.

Chop the red grapes in half.
Chop the chicken. I like to use a pre-cooked Rotisserie chicken for ease.

To a large mixing bowl add the chicken, grapes, red onion, celery, walnuts, and mayo. Mix until combined.
Add the ingredients...
Add the garlic powder and salt & pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients together until combined.
Place in the fridge to cool and serve on sandwiches, salads, or wraps!
