Start by chopping the bacon slices into small pieces.  Then cook them on the stove in a pan over medium heat until crispy.  Remove from the pan and pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess grease. Set aside.

Next in a medium or small bowl combine the melted butter, light brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
