Prepare the vegetables. Finely dice one yellow onion and chop the broccoli head into bite sized chunks.
In a medium bowl add the eggs, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk to combine.
Fry the bacon. To the same pan add the onion and broccoli. Sauté until soft, with a little crunch left.
Add the broccoli & onion and turkey bacon to a large casserole dish. Pour the egg mixture on top and sprinkle with some extra cheese. Bake!
