Add the wet ingredients to a large bowl – mashed banana, nut butter, almond milk, pure maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

Combine thoroughly until smooth.

Next add in the dry ingredients – old fashioned oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.  Combine.

Stir in the blackberries.

Transfer the oatmeal mixture to a large greased baking dish.  Add extra berries on top and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Place the dish in the preheated oven.  Bake for 35-40 minutes.

Remove the oatmeal from the oven.  Let cool before cutting into squares.  Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!  I like to do peanut butter, fresh berries, and a drizzle of honey.
