Start by preparing the salmon filets, finely chopping fresh parsley, and melting the butter.

In a bowl add the Panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, fresh parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.  Combine evenly.

Thoroughly coat the salmon filets in the melted butter.  Next place the filets in the parmesan and breadcrumb mixture.  Coat all sides thoroughly with the crust mixture.  Transfer the crusted salmon filets to a baking tray.
