Start by cooking the couscous according to the package instructions. Then pan roast the corn with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Next prepare the vegetables. Halve the cherry tomatoes and cut the avocado into cubes.
Add the cooked pearl couscous, roasted corn, tomatoes, avocado, mozzarella pearls, and white balsamic vinaigrette to a large mixing bowl.
Combine all the salad ingredients thoroughly. Add salt and pepper to taste Then garnish with fresh basil. Enjoy!
