- ½ cup cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Olive oil spray, or olive oil
Instructions
- Set the oven to 350 degrees.
- Then add the cottage cheese, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Grease the parchment paper. Then pour the mixture onto the greased parchment paper and form a rectangular shaped flatbread.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Or until the flatbread has started to become golden brown and will hold its shape.
- Remove from the oven. Let cool slightly. Then add your sandwich ingredients. I like turkey, red onion, lettuce, and dijon mustard.
- Fold over the flatbread. Serve and enjoy!
