Description

If you’re on a low-carb, high-protein diet, you’re going to flip for this Cottage Cheese Flatbread recipe! There’s a reason it went viral on TikTok—this easy–to-make, naturally gluten-free alternative to naan is cheesy, garlicky, and totally delicious. 


Ingredients

  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Olive oil spray, or olive oil

Instructions

  1. Set the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Then add the cottage cheese, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Grease the parchment paper. Then pour the mixture onto the greased parchment paper and form a rectangular shaped flatbread.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes. Or until the flatbread has started to become golden brown and will hold its shape.
  5. Remove from the oven. Let cool slightly. Then add your sandwich ingredients. I like turkey, red onion, lettuce, and dijon mustard.
  6. Fold over the flatbread. Serve and enjoy!
