Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 3 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 small yellow onion, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • Fresh cilantro


  1. Set the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Next prepare the chicken.  Clean the chicken breasts and then cut into strips.
  3. Add the peppers, onion, garlic, and chicken to a sheet pan.  Add the olive oil, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper.  Toss to combine evenly.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes, tossing about halfway through.  Then broil for 3-5 minutes, watching closely to make sure it does not burn.
  5. Add the juice of 1/2 a lime and fresh cilantro if you’d like.
  6. Serve with tortillas and the toppings of your choice.  Enjoy!
