Pumpkin Donuts with Cream Cheese Frosting are full of warm cinnamon flavor and are everything you need in a fall treat. Gluten free and made with mainly healthy ingredients, these easy baked donuts are perfect for breakfast or dessert!

Pumpkin Donuts
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/3 cup pumpkin
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- salt
Cream Cheese Frosting
- 1/3 cup whipped cream cheese
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
Instructions
- Set the oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine the softened butter, pumpkin, egg, coconut sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Add in the oat flour, almond flour, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda. Combine evenly.
- Fill a greased donut pan about 3/4 of the way with the batter. This will make 6 donuts.
- Bake for 13 minutes.
- While the donuts bake, start on the cream cheese frosting. Combine the cream cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla extract evenly, Place in the fridge.
- Remove the donuts from the oven and let cool completely before removing from the pan. If you do not do this they might fall apart!
- Once the donuts have cooled and are out of the pan spread the cream cheese frosting evenly on the donuts.
- Sprinkle with some extra cinnamon and coconut sugar.
- Enjoy!
