Peanut Butter & Jelly Overnight Oats are a healthy breakfast inspired by the classic sandwich! They are an easy, no-cook, and delicious spin on the childhood favorite loaded with creamy peanut butter, hearty old fashioned oats, and the jelly or jam of your choice. PB&J Overnight Oats are naturally sweetened with honey, packed with protein, and perfect for kids and adults alike! refined sugar free & can be gluten free




  1. In a large mixing bowl start by combining the greek yogurt, almond milk, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract.
  2. Next add in the oats and chia seeds.  Combine.
  3. Transfer to an airtight container, cover, and place in the fridge overnight or for at least a few hours.
  4. In the morning swirl in the jelly and top with more peanut butter, chopped peanuts, and some berries if you would like. (You could also just mix the jelly straight to the oat mixture before you place in the fridge!)
  5. Enjoy!
