- 12 oz Medjool dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1.75 – 3.5 oz dark chocolate, depends on how much you’d like
- Sea salt flakes
Instructions
- Spread the pitted dates out on a parchment paper lined sheet pan or plate.
- Fill each date with peanut butter to your liking. 1/2 cup of peanut butter was perfect for me and my amount of dates, but feel free to use more or less.
- Next melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler. (1.75 oz dark chocolate should be enough for a light drizzle on each date.)
- Drizzle each peanut butter stuffed date with melted dark chocolate.
- Add of sprinkle of flakey sea salt to each date quickly after the melted chocolate has been added.
- Place the chocolate peanut butter dates in the fridge to set for about 15-30 minutes.
