Description

This 4 ingredient Ninja Creami Protein Ice Cream Recipe requires no pudding mix or gums and has over 35 grams of protein per serving. Which is the whole pint! With a creamy texture and delicious taste, this dessert is perfect for anyone with a sweet tooth who also wants to hit their protein goals.


Ingredients

  • 285 mL 2% milk, or skim milk
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder, (34g scoop)
  • 1 tbsp coffee creamer of choice
  • 23 sandwich cookies

Instructions

  1. Add the milk and protein powder to the Ninja Creami container. Use an electric milk frother to thoroughly combine the ingredients. Mix for about 30 seconds.
  2. Cover the container and place in the freezer on a level surface. Freeze for at least 24 hours.
  3. When ready to enjoy protein ice cream, remove the container from the freezer. Run it under hot water for about 20-30 seconds, focusing on the sides and the bottom of the container.
  4. Remove the lid from the frozen pint and place the pint into the Ninja Creami pint container. Then insert the pint container into the Ninja Creami machine. Follow the instruction manual of the machine for proper setup directions.
  5. Turn the machine on and choose the regular ice cream setting for the first spin.
  6. After the first spin add the creamer and re-spin. Re-spin until your desired texture is achieved.
  7. Once the ice cream base reaches the consistency you would like, add in the cookies. Or any mix ins of your choice. Choose the mix-in setting for the final spin.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
