- 14 oz canned solid white albacore tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 3 tbsp mayo, or light mayo
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 1/2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 1/2 – 2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning, depending on taste
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Add the drained canned tuna to a mixing bowl. Break up any large chunks.
- Add in the diced red onion, mayo, fresh lemon juice, fresh parsley, and lemon pepper seasoning. Combine thoroughly. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve in salads, sandwiches, and wraps. Enjoy!
