Lemon Pepper Tuna is an easy, healthy, and high protein lunch recipe! Made with white albacore tuna, lemon pepper seasoning, mayo, lemon juice, red onion, and fresh parsley … this low carb salad is light, bright, fresh, and flavorful. It is perfect to meal prep and enjoy throughout the week in sandwiches, wraps, or salads!


Ingredients

  • 14 oz canned solid white albacore tuna, drained
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 3 tbsp mayo, or light mayo
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 1/2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 1/22 tsp lemon pepper seasoning, depending on taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Add the drained canned tuna to a mixing bowl.  Break up any large chunks.
  2. Add in the diced red onion, mayo, fresh lemon juice, fresh parsley, and lemon pepper seasoning.  Combine thoroughly.  Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Serve in salads, sandwiches, and wraps. Enjoy!
