This roasted frozen broccoli is the perfect quick, easy, and healthy side dish recipe! Made with frozen broccoli florets, olive oil, parmesan cheese, and simple seasonings … this vegetable side is affordable, convenient, crispy, and takes less than 30 minutes.   1. Set the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Add the frozen broccoli florets to a large baking sheet in a single layer.  Place in the oven and roast for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from the oven.  Add the olive oil, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder to the broccoli.  Add salt and pepper to taste.  Combine everything thoroughly.
  4. Place bake in the oven.  Roast for another 10 minutes.  Then broil on high for 5-10 minutes until browned and crispy.  Keep a close eye to prevent burning.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
